New Features
Take a half-formed idea and shape it into a feature that's worth building, and worth shipping.

New features are where products either grow or get bloated. I work with product teams to figure out which is which, then design the ones worth building so they ship as well as they were planned.
Every new feature starts with a question, not a screen. I dig into the problem, the customers it's for and what success actually looks like, so the design solves the right thing.
The happy path is the easy bit. I design for the empty states, errors, upgrade prompts and edge cases that decide whether a feature feels finished or rushed.
I work alongside engineers, not over the wall from them. Specs are clear, components are reusable and decisions are documented, so the team can build with confidence and momentum.
When a new feature lands well, no one notices the work that went into making it feel obvious. That's the point.
